All these years later and Wii Sports is still getting some attention. We've heard about exergaming for years, and Wii Sports as well as Wii Fit really brought the idea to the masses. Now we're seeing how a Wii Sports regiment could be good for those who have suffered from heart failure.

The findings of the HF-Wii study, reported at the European Society of Cardiology 2017 Congress, showed patients assigned to exergaming had better 6-minute walk test (6MWT) results than the control group. On top of that, their self-perception of well-being improved along with functional capacity. Not every patient saw positive results, but the majority certainly saw improvement in numerous areas.

No matter who you are, playing something like Wii Sports can certainly get the blood pumping and maybe even get you to break a sweat. A little exercise would be good for all of us!
