Mighty No. 9 being removed from the Wii U eShop in Japan

A notice on the Japanese Wii U eShop points out that Mighty No. 9 will be removed from the service on Wednesday, June 20th, at 10 am. We don't know if this is happening to all versions of the game in Japan, nor do we have any idea if the same removal is going to happen in NA/EU.

Well, I'm curious why this is but ultimately nothing of immense value has been lost.

Curious how those 3DS and Vita versions are coming along. You know, the ones promised years ago that haven't had a single screenshot to prove they even exist. Those ones.

I was wondering about that too, maybe they can say that unfortunally nobody is buying 3DS and Vita so they are bringing the game for the Switch.

Damn those lucky Japanese.

"It's better than nothing."
"No, now it is nothing."

(Yes, I know those weren't Inafune's words, but something added by his translator)
