Nintendo grabs trademarks for Donkey Kong and Rosalina
Nintendo continues their recent push to grab trademarks for everything and anything related to their characters. The latest round of trademarks includes filings for the Donkey Kong logo, the DK barrel, Cranky Kong (English word and Japanese), Diddy Kong (English word and Japanese), Dixie Kong (English word and Japanese), and Rosalina (using the English word ‘Rosetta’ and the Japanese ‘ロゼッタ’). As far as the Rosalina trademark goes, it seems to pertain to all sorts of merch.
