Nintendo didn't talk Mario Kart Tour at E3 because they'll be "another opportunity" to do so, especially closer to launch

Nintendo announced Mario Kart Tour for mobile devices, and that was about it. We haven't really seen or heard anything about the game since then. It's still coming, but when will we learn more? Reggie Fils-Aime shed some light on that.

“Depending on the game, E3 could or could not be a place to shed light on mobile activity. In the case of Mario Kart Tour, we made the decision that there's going to be another opportunity to shed more light on that app, especially shedding light when it's closer to its launch, We continue to be on track to launch it in this current fiscal year for Nintendo.”

I rather they don't announce a mobile game on e3 and opt it for a direct instead.

I don't think directs are the right venue either, unless it's a direct dedicated to the mobile title.

I also prefer Nintendo use E3 for real games.

If this isn't a f2p microtransaction hell version of real mario kart gameplay, their stock deserves another 10% fall.

There'll be, not they'll be.

With the amount of games I was hoping to see being MIA, a mobile phone game would have really got my blood boiling.
