FIFA 18 didn't have World Cup finalists Croatia as a team until May
The FIFA World Cup Finals will see Croatia and France facing off. France being in the finals isn't a shocker by any means, but Croatia absolutely is. A licensing deal meant that the team wasn't added to the game until the free World Cup update in May. Even as of right now, if you use the quick-start “Kick Off” mode in FIFA 18, you still can’t select Croatia, as you can only play as them in World Cup mode.
