Bandai Namco grabs "Drum Master" and "Drum ‘n’ Fun!" trademarks in Europe

Taiko Drum Master: Drum 'N' Fun is a done-deal as far as I'm concerned. We had the English patch for the Japanese game, then the Aussie classification for Taiko Drum Master: Drum 'N' Fun, and now in Europe we have two more trademarks that point to localization. The company has secured trademarks for both "Drum Master" and the same "Drum 'N' Fun" subtitle we saw pop up in Australia. There's no doubt in my mind that this game is getting a localization in Europe/Australia at the very least.

I want this game and I will probably get it, but it would be convenient for it to be sold in the North America eShop so I don't have to set up an extra account.

And I'm curious to see if the Japanese soundtrack is staying intact, because that's how I'd prefer it.

I too would hope the soundtrack is intact with anime and jpop sounds. However, the Switch being region free at least makes it so those unhappy with any changes can get the original.

They also got a trademark for "Drum Session!". Which would mean a localization of the PS4 game as well.
I think both of these should be reported here, even if this is a Nintendo focused site. Nintendo isn't in the industry alone, and this news takes on different meaning if you include the PS4 news or not. They would be different games, but only the Switch game coming is very different than both coming.
