Well, I guess the hacker that begged Nintendo to protect against cheaters in Splatoon 2 through the game's leaderboards got their attention! It turns out that a little less than 2 weeks ago, Nintendo implemented some new measures to protect against online cheaters in Splatoon 2. The game is now actively monitoring for people getting involved in funny business, and flags their accounts for banning. If you're a Splatoon 2 cheater, it seems your days might be numbered!
