GN Version 5.0

Denfaminicogamer recently sat down with the devs at M2 to talk about the Switch, as well as their line of M2 Shot Triggers shmup reproduction series. Here's what the team had to say.

- they are currently testing out their M2 Shot Triggers releases on Switch
- they haven’t been able to solve the processing speed and slowdown issues yet
- the slowdown has nothing to do with the Joy-Con controllers,
- M2 is working on Sega Ages Thunder Force IV,
- until their Shot Triggers series can reach the quality of Thunder Force IV, they do not want to release the games
- M2 thinks that the Switch hardware is a great opportunity to try out games that were originally motion-controlled
- Nintendo Labo is a great inspiration to try working with games that used a special interface
- they jokingly stated that perhaps they should include a cardboard controller for those
