Nintendo temporarily suspends customer support in Japan due to Typhoon Jebi
In order to keep employees safe, Nintendo has temporarily suspended telephone and online support for customers in Japan. This is due to Typhoon Jebi, which is currently causing dangerous conditions in Japan. Nintendo did not share word on when services will be restored.
