Broken Sword creator says Switch has broken into the mainstream audience, is an 'ideal platform' for Broken Sword 5
Wondering why Broken Sword 5 is coming to the Switch? The gang at MCV was, which is why they sat down to interview series creator Charles Cecil about the port. Here's what Charles had to say.
“The fans quite rightly pointed out that it’s an ideal platform for an adventure. The Switch has gone beyond the hardcore Nintendo fans to a mainstream audience, we feel that now is the ideal time to bring an adventure to the platform – as we did for Broken Sword: Director’s Cut on Wii and DS.”
Switch fans have been showing lots of love to all kinds of titles in various genres. I have no doubt Broken Sword 5 will find an audience on Switch. I know I'll be there day one to check it out!
