Phantasy Star Online 2 Cloud will not require the Switch Online service
This shouldn't be too much of a surprise to anyone who's been following the Switch Online news in recent weeks, but it's still nice to have a confirmation from SEGA. Phantasy Star Online 2 Cloud will not require users to pay for the Switch Online service to access the game. Those in Japan who've grabbed the game can continue playing without fear of extra fees sneaking up on them.
