RUMOR - Latest Switch firmware update limits upload speed

As you well know, Nintendo puts out patch notes for every firmware update they release for their hardware. Unfortunately, those patch notes are hand-picked by Nintendo, so we never get to see the full details of what's included in each update. Today we're learning about one change in the latest firmware update that Nintendo didn't bother to mention.

Multiple reports have come in stating that Version 6.0.0 of Switch firmware limits upload speeds to 8mbps. There's been no cap put in place for downloads, but for whatever reason, uploads are now capped at 8mbps. Again, we don't know for sure that this is the case, as Nintendo hasn't made mention of this change anywhere. All we have to go on is multiple reports from users.
