Just to be clear right off the bat, this is not going to be a new tournament. TBS is going to take the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Invitational 2018 event from E3 2018 and chop it up into a three-party series that will air on TV. Might not be exciting news for those who already saw the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Invitational 2018 event, but still awesome to know it'll be broadcast on TV.
