The good news for Pokemon GO just keeps coming! Yet another piece of proof to show your friends who say Pokemon GO is dead. The title is FAR from dead, and is still topping the charts well after launch. Check out Sensor Tower's latest revenue report on the game below.

Niantic’s genre-leading game, Pokémon GO, had a great September with big wins in both downloads and revenue. Last month, the title grossed almost $85 million and ranked No. 4 among all apps in terms of revenue according to Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence estimates. September’s gross revenue was Pokémon GO’s highest since November 2017, and it marks a month-over-month increase of 15 percent from August—and an 89 percent year-over-year improvement compared to September 2017.

The AR gaming phenomenon also saw an additional 8.86 million downloads worldwide over the course of September. This was Pokémon GO’s strongest month for installs in 2018 so far, and it represents a 100 percent increase year-over-year compared to September 2017.

With the addition of September’s figures, Pokémon GO was able to finish out Q3 with its highest earnings since Q3 2016. Life to date, the game has reached an estimated gross revenue of $2.01 billion worldwide, and has seen 522 million all-time downloads.
