Oh boy, I really hope this is a tease for new content. It certainly seems like new content is being teased! The developer of Celeste sent out this tweet, which states clearly that we're seeing a work in progress. There's no doubt we're looking at Celeste here, and this is a stage not found anywhere in the game right now. Hopefully we get the full details on what this is soon!
