Nintendo Vs. Colopl lawsuit continues on for a fourth round

The Nintendo vs. Colopl lawsuit seems to have no end in sight. The two sides recently met up for a fourth time to try and squash their issues, where Colopl said they believe Nintendo’s patents are invalid. This is a completely different stance from what Colopl was arguing earlier, which might not play out well for them in the future. Colopl still hasn't shown any source code to back up their original claims, either. The battle will continue on between the two for a 5th round, set to hit the courts on December 5th, 2018.
