Dragalia Lost users are currently experiencing an issue with in-game purchases. The full notice for players can be found below.

We are aware that some players are experiencing issues with in-game purchases. We are currently working with the platform holder to fix this, and expect to see some improvements in the upcoming November update. Should the issue persist, we will keep investigating it and will work to fix it as quickly as possible. Another notification will be sent out once the fix has been applied.
