It appears Smash Bros. Ultimate only includes two Final Fantasy songs
Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS had two songs from the Final Fantasy series; "Those Who Fight" and "Those Who Fight Further" from Final Fantasy VII. With all the new content in Smash Bros. Ultimate, you'd expect a few more Final Fantasy songs in the mix, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Once again, the only tracks that were spotted during a hands-on preview were "Those Who Fight" and "Those Who Fight Further."
