Nintendo grabs trademarks for Fossil Fighters, The Last Story, and Wii
Three more trademarks from the Big N today, and they're all familiar names. Nintendo has applied for new trademarks on Fossil Fighters, The Last Story, and Wii in general. All three trademarks pertain to ‘video game program’, 'downloadable video game program’, and 'program for smartphone.’ The Wii trademark is the only one that applies the trademark to hosted events as well.
