Police Arrest Man Over Switch Modding

The City of London Police’s Intellectual Property Crime Unit recently arrested a 43-year-old man for Switch modding. This arrest came with a warning to the public about game hardware modding and piracy overall. It's not clear what the man was doing with these modded Switch units, but one would imagine he only ended up caught because he was selling these units on the internet. Luckily for the man, it appears he got off with a warning following the arrest, rather than any substantial charges from Nintendo.
