Switch hits 2 million sold in France alone, half of the country's best-selling games for 2018 were from Nintendo

Time for another update on how Nintendo is doing over in France. Things are continuing to go extremely well, with the figures below proving that.

- 2.04 million Switch units have been sold in France as of Dec. 31st, 2018
- 1.1 million of that total was sold in 2018
- in the final weeks of the year, Switch was moving more than 100k a week
- Switch is the best selling console of 2018 in France
- 3DS sold 254k units in 2018
- half of France's 10 best-selling games of 2018 are Nintendo titles
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was 3rd overall, with 1.2 million copies sold since launch (500k were sold in 2017)
- Super Mario Party was 5th
- Pokémon Let's GO was 7th
- Super Mario Odyssey was 8th
- Super Smash Bros Ultimate was 9th
- all of those games sold more than 400k copies, not counting digital
