GN Version 5.0

Senran Kagura producer Kenichiro Takaki certainly isn't done making Senran Kagura games, but he's not quite sure where the next installment will take him.

In an interview with Inside Games, Mr. Takaki was asked about plans for another installment on Switch. While he said there's nothing concrete in the works right now, he did state that he can't rule out a new entry on the platform.

Takaki actually said he'd like to work on something with more traditional gameplay mechanics, such as a shooter or action game. He also shared interest in creating an experience that was simple to play. Whether he means something new completely, or a Senran Kagura game that uses these features, remains to be seen.
