Carry-Hiroyuki Tagawa is the actor who portrayed Shang Tsung in the Mortal Kombat movies, and he's been recently causing speculation that he'll be reprising the role for Mortal Kombat 11.

Mr. Tagawa has been quite active on Twitter lately, particularly with fans who want him to appear as Shang Tsung in the new game. He's been liking and retweeting comments concerning his appearance, and has even tweeted out direct statements about happenings in the game. At this point, if he's not involved with Mortal Kombat 11 somehow, he's certainly been playing a master troll game.

Boon did tease that there would be some faces in the game that we'd recognize, and there's still not a single real-life actor's likeness revealed for the game yet. There was speculation that John Cena could be playing Stryker, but perhaps Carry-Hiroyuki Tagawa will be joining as Shang Tsung as well.
