We learned a number of months ago that Umihara Kawase Fresh! would include a Time Attack mode, but no other details on the mode were shared. Today that changes, as a slew of new info has come in.
- go through different challenges while competing for the best time.
- each character, like Umihara or Cotton from Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams, will have their own leaderboard
- you are unable to use cooked food to restore their health in this mode
