Angry Video Game Nerd I & II Deluxe confirmed for Switch

He's gonna take you back to the past

A few months back, we heard word that Angry Video Game Nerd I & II Deluxe would likely see release on Switch. Today things changed from 'likely' to confirmed. As you might have guessed, this Deluxe version includes both the first and second AVGN games. No word on release date or price point at this time.

Nice! The second game never got released on a Nintendo system. I liked the first game - it never seems too punishing because of the generous checkpoints.

That first AVGN game is no joke. Well done but excruciatingly hard, somewhat along the lines of I Wanna Be the Guy and that sort of thing.
