Mineko's Night Market devs say they were "overly optimistic" in saying the game would be out early 2019, release will take a bit longer

Mineko's Night Market was announced for the Switch back in Aug. 2018, and the original plan was to have it launch sometime in early 2019. Most would consider April 2019 a bit outside of an 'early 2019' launch, and that includes the dev team. Turns out the project is taking more time than expect, so we'll have to hang tight for the game's release. Check out the full statement from the dev team below.
