Looks like the cat's out of the bag a bit early. A feature in Neo Magazine reveals that Puyo Puyo eSports is indeed getting a localization, and it'll hit the Switch on May 7th, 2019. The title is getting a bit of name change, being localized at Puyo Puyo Champions.
Just last night I was saying that I'd like a localization for this title, and a few hours later this pops up! I guess I should start talking about my most-requested localizations more often!
