Lord Winklebottom Investigates Kickstarter 100% Funded in 6 Days, Switch Release Confirmed

Sheffield, UK - 24th April 2019 - Charlotte Sutherland, solo Developer at Cave Monsters, has today announced that the newly-relaunched Kickstarter for Lord Winklebottom Investigates for PC, Mac, Linux and Nintendo Switch has been 100% funded in just 6 days.

“I’m so excited that I’ll be able to bring this game to life, thanks to the incredible success of its Kickstarter campaign!” said creator Charlotte Sutherland, “The amount of support received has been overwhelming and it really means a lot to me to see people so excited about the game!”

With over 20 days still left on the campaign, the project is now raising funds for stretch goals. The first of these, titled “The Voyage”, will add an additional area to the final game, allowing the player to experience Lord Winklebottom and Dr. Frumple's journey to the Isle of Barghest, explore the mainland docks, solve additional puzzles and follow their perilous sea voyage to the island! In addition, reaching this goal will also allow for a Spanish translation to be available at launch, alongside the French, German and English language options.
