We already knew that Niantic's Earth Day clean-up efforts were a huge success, but now we have the stats on just how much work trainers did. The company confirmed that over 17k players joined up to help the cleaning efforts, and altogether, they managed to dispose of 145 tons of trash. Over 41k hours combined were put into cleaning up, and trainers from 41 countries & 6 continents got in on the action.
