Cardfight!! Vanguard EX doesn't release in Japan until Sept. 19th, 2019, but that hasn't stopped retailers from showing off their preorder bonus. All retailers seem to be offering the same bonus, which is an "Exculpate the Blaster" card. There will be no other way to obtain this card, so those interested should snatch up a preorder quickly!
