Dead Cells' "Rise of the Giant" DLC isn't free in Japan, Motion Twin apologizes

The Rise of the Giant DLC for Dead Cells is supposed to be free worldwide, but that's not the case in Japan. The DLC is actually 100 Yen in that region, and according to Motion Twin, the mistake was on their end.
Small note, for reasons, mostly human error the DLC is NOT free on Switch in Japan. It’s only 100¥ however we know that’s not the same as free. Humble apologies for our Japanese players. We’ll find a way to make it up to you. :/
It seems this pricing issue is due to a mistake that Motion Twin couldn't fix, which is why they're trying to figure out a way to make it up to the players who have to apy.
