Serious Sam Twitter account continues to tease Switch owners

We know that Croteam is working on titles for the Switch. It's likely that the Talos Principle is coming over, but could there be more? For months now, it seems like something related to Serious Sam is going on over at the official Twitter account, and yet again we have another tease above. It certainly would be nice to see, and after all these months of teasing, it would be rather surprising if Serious Sam didn't make its way over in some way, shape, or form.
