GN Version 5.0

Some Slay the Spire Switch players are having a bit of a rough time with the game, as it's been prone to crashing quite frequently. The good news is that the devs are listening, and a fix is in the works. Check out their full note on the upcoming update below.

Hey everyone, we are aware of the various bugs that have been reported and have been hard at work directly with the porters to get everything fixed and improved.

A large patch with numerous bug fixes and performance improvements will be going out for console approval tonight. We will be doing everything possible to fast track this process so it gets into your hands ASAP.

In the mean time, please report any console issues here to immediately send them to our porters.

Leaderboards will be coming in a followup patch not long after.

For those who have their game crashing right away on startup - other users have reported the following two solutions have worked for them:

Clearing all the Slay The Spire data on your Switch and trying to download again.

Selecting a completely different profile on the switch and launching on that profile should solve it.
