GN Version 5.0

Some good news and bad news about DOOM Eternal on Switch. First up, we'll tackle the bad news.

After a good bit of research, it seems that the Collector's Edition of DOOM Eternal won't be available for the Switch. That's the version that includes a real-life DOOM helmet that you can wear. We're still waiting for official word from Bethesda on the situation, but as of right now, all signs point to that version not coming to Switch.

The good news it the the Deluxe Edition will be coming to Switch. Thta version is priced at $90 and includes the following.

- Year One Pass
Access to two campaign add-ons to release within first year of DOOM Eternal's launch date. Featuring new perspectives and new ways to play, these standalone stories explore the cataclysmic events that led to earth's fall against the demons.

- Demonic Slayer Skin

- Classic Weapon Sound Pack
Throwback sound effects for all your DOOM Eternal guns

In other words, not the best options available, but also not just the standard. You'll just have to make your own Labo version of the DOOM helmet, I guess!

Thanks to Neverunplaying for the heads up!
