In celebration of Pokemon GO Fest 2019, Niantic has announced that the water-type Pokémon Horsea will begin appearing more frequently globally. You can expect to start seeing more of the Pokemon at 9 a.m. PDT on June 13th, 2019. You might even find a Shiny while you're at it!
