Spit and polish
As developers spend more time on their games, they get to add in more little touches and work on tweaks to enhance the visual experience. That appears to be going on with Luigi's Mansion 3 right now. If you compare the original Nintendo Direct reveal to what we saw at this year's E3, you can see a considerable improvement in almost all areas.
