GN Version 5.0

The latest dev blog for Inazuma Eleven Ares has been shared. The blog was penned by Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino, and breaks down event scenes in the game, as well as why the game won't be at World Hobby Fair 2019. Check out a summary of info from the blog below.

- Inazuma Eleven Ares was meant to be playable at the event, but it did not reach a satisfactory level in various area
- the team did not have enough time to fully incorporate some new elements that were not found in the previous playable demo
- it would not have made sense to have players try out the exact same demo
- development is still going on, with the team currently brushing up the game
- the game's story begins in Inakunijima, focusing on the members of the football club
- while the expression of the characters is pretty important, so is the atmosphere of the game world
- the team paid particular attention to lighting, but also the various textures
- the team wanted to render the rural aspect of Inakunijima
- one event scene takes place between Inakuni Raimon and Seishou Gakuen
- the focus is on the direction (camera angles, etc.) and the dialogue in order to fully represent this heated confrontation
- the team is also hard at work on the matches and training parts of the game
- the goal is to offer something that all players will be satisfied with
- Level-5 is making preparations for other Inazuma Eleven projects, though it’s not clear what exactly at the moment
