GN Version 5.0

A Japanese man in his 30s has been arrested by Niigata prefecture police due to a violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention Law. The man had made 10,000 Yen from modifying two Pokemon 3DS games, which has landed him in hot water. The man is now being ordered to pay 300,000 Yen in fines. The modifications performed on the games were giving the owners an unfair advantage over those with unmodified carts.
