Nintendo opens very limited technical support Twitter account in Japan

Nintendo has opened a new Twitter account in Japan that is for technical support...kind of. The Twitter account will inform followers of technical changes and network issues, but it's not for actually interacting one-on-one with customers who have issues. Nintendo still recommends you use the usual methods of customer service contact to get help about personal questions, and the new Twitter account specifically states that it will not be able to DM followers for questions/answers.
