Nike has released all kinds of unique and interesting designs over the years, and their latest pair of sneakers is sure to appeal to Nintendo fans. The Nike Air Max 97 x Nintendo 64 sneakers have been revealed, and they'll be hit Nike.com sometime later this year. Some might be wondering why these two brands are being mashed up, but it makes a lot of sense when you realize that the original Nike Air Max 97 and N64 launched just months apart back in 96/97.

The sneakers feature a grey mesh, matching upper overlays, splashes of green/blue/red/yellow throughout, three small dots on the tongues, which also display “POWER” on the right and “RESET” on the left, an ESRB Game Rating icon on the inside, and a Nintendo-shaped Air Max motif on the heels.
