Will Dr. Mario World be the next big mobile hit for Nintendo? It's at least off to a good start, as the game has rushed right to the #1 position on the iOS App Store's "Free Apps" game section. No, you don't have to pay to play Dr. Mario World, but the game does its best to try and squeeze you for some of that sweet, sweet microtransaction money. We'll see just how well that strategy works moving forward.
