In the kitchen, efficiency is a metric between 1% and 100% that’s calculated on both ingredient and energy usage. In order to reach the glorious upper echelons of 80% - 100% you’ll need to use the exact amount of ingredients and as little energy as possible to finisher all of your customer’s orders.
In Campaign mode you won’t have to be too concerned about maintaining a high efficiency, but management will certainly appreciate it if you do! Contracts Mode is a different story, some of the more challenging contracts will offer greater rewards the higher your efficiency percentage. After all, what clients would want to buy a wasteful kitchen!?
