5th Splatoon Koshien tournament series announced, overseas teams to be invited
A first for the series!
Nintendo is continuing their Splatoon Koshien tournament series in Japan with a 5th installment, but this one is a little bit different. The tournament will be held in five districts across Japan from October 2019-March 2020, with 2,048 teams competing. The finals will take place at Tokaigi Game Party on April 18-19th 2020. Each event will also include a Splatoon mini-convention.
Along with that, online competitions will be held in Winter and Spring, and overseas teams will be invited to the 5th Splatoon Koshien for the first time!
