Dear Reader:
Reggie Fils Aime says "facts are facts," fights back against those who claim video games cause gun violence
The last few days here in the United States have been rough, with yet another pair of deadly mass shootings. In the wake of those disasters, President Trump, along with a few other Republican party members, have come out to say that among other things, violent video games may have contributed to those violent shootings in some way. Those who follow video games know that couldn't be further from the truth, which is why none other than Reggie Fils-Aime offered up his two cents on Twitter. You can check out what he had to say below.
When the ill-informed are being critical of the gaming industry and community, this is a very powerful story. The facts are that countries with high per capita gaming revenue have fewer gun-shooting deaths. Except the US, where 4% of the population own 43% of the guns. https://t.co/bKi5D9Y9wc
