Japanese man arrested after sending threats of "a repeat of Kyoto Animation" to Square-Enix

40-year-old Kenichi Hiratsuka was arrested for allegedly sending death threats to Square Enix. Among his threats was the mention of a “repeat of Kyoto Animation,” which is in reference to the tragic incident last month where 35 people lost their lives. When Hiratsuka was asked why he sent the threats, he stated that he “was pissed off at losing in a game.”

As bad as it is, atleast the guy warns Squenix that he'll do a threat. The Kyoto animation didn't get any warning and somehow some ***** got in and burned the studio.

Hopefully, Squenix's security is tight so that the same thing does not happen again.

Good for the cops in Japan to be more alert and more ready for this sort of horrific crime. Hopefully they, and the cops of other nations, catch any copycat criminals.

On the other hand, it's a bit depressing to see the trend nowadays of crazy peole trying to become famous through mass murder.
