The screens on the Switch revision might be slightly different

LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE

If you're planning on picking up a Switch revision, there's something you might want to be aware of. The screen on the Switch revision might be a tad different from what you're used to on your current Switch. Some of the screens appear to have a slightly yellow or blue tint to them, and this varies from unit to unit. Obviously there's no way to know what you're getting until you actually buy the Switch and fire it up, so hopefully you can live with the results!

It's an LCD screen, and a very SIMPLE FACT about LCD screens: NOT 2 LCD screens are the same. I've seen color differences between PC monitors (same brand, same batch even), phones, TVs, and yes even the screens of a single 3DS.

That photo above looks like, if it existed, the 3SwitchS. It's already the Wii U made portable.

Agreed. This really is not noticeble if some one is only buying one and using it because it's not possible to notice the difference.

On top of that, the screen in the revision is brighter and is said to not glare during sunlight. I have a bunch of 3dses and I could not notice the difference even if I tried. This should not be the reason to not buy the revision at all.

Can't believe many would want an ips panel over tn when the display isn't as bad as many claim it to be.

Wasn’t there a story like this when the Switch first launched?
