Multiple Japanese retailers sell out of the revised Switch
It's a hit!
Turns out a lot of people in Japan are interested in grabbing a Switch with better battery life. The revised Switch made its way out to multiple retailers in Japan, and now they're already sold out! As of today, Amazon Japan, Rakuten Books, 7-Eleven, Yamada Denki, and Bic Camera have sold out of the units. When it comes to Amazon Japan, their next shipment is scheduled for Sept. 7th, 2019, so at least people won't have to wait too long to grab one.
