Plans to release Civilization VI's Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm expansions on Switch this year remain firm
Two packs still slated for this year
A new update from the official Civilization YouTube channel details some new features set to hit the game on PC, but there's also a bit in there about the Switch version of Civilization VI. Back in July, 2K had stated that they wanted to bring the Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm expansions to Switch this year. Today we see that that's still the plan, which is certainly good to hear. Unfortunately, we still don't have a release date for the packs, but hopefully that info comes out soon.
