Untitled Goose Games' devs didn't realize how scared of geese some people are

I think most people know that geese are jerks, or at least come off that way. This has also lead to some people being pretty darn afraid of geese and what they can do. In an interview with NPR, House House's Nico Disseldorp says that neither he or his team realized just how scary geese can be for some.

We thought that this was just a kind of inside joke for ourselves. Like, oh, look at how people are afraid of geese. This is so funny - to us, specifically. People who live near geese have a very difficult relationship with them. They're kind of really scary to people in a way that we didn't really understand. They're kind of scared the way you'd be scared of maybe, like, an unfriendly person.
