GN Version 5.0

The retro-futuristic, multi-directional shoot 'em up Syder Arcade evolves into a new, enhanced version for Nintendo Switch.

Studio Evil is proud to announce the development of Syder Reloaded, a new and improved edition of their first game Syder Arcade. Syder Reloaded is a furious shoot 'em up inspired by side-scrolling European classics from the late 1980s and early 1990s. The game features 4 different ships, 6-level campaign mode and 3 different survival levels. Still loyal to its old-school roots, Syder Reloaded features an improved arsenal of weapons, revamped visuals and re-designed levels and scoring system. The game features 20 retro graphic filters inspired by C64, ZX Spectrum, Amiga HAM and EGA, and an Amiga-style soundtrack.

The official release date for Syder Reloaded on Nintendo Switch will be announced soon.

Studio Evil is an independent game development studio in Bologna, Italy, born from the endless passion of three kids from the 1980s. After more than a decade of art and programming, they finally joined forces to build spectacular video games. Their most important projects are the retro-inspired shoot-em-up Syder Arcade, the educational game Relive (funded by Future of Health Award 2012), and Super Cane Magic ZERO, an action RPG developed in collaboration with the Italian comic book artist Simone "Sio" Albrigi.
